First three orders are due before shipping until approval of terms.

Interest fees of 1,5% per month of overdue accounts.

If the customer’s invoice is $400 or more, delivery is free (except for the following remote regions: Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Basse-Côte-Nord and Abitibi as well as other provinces of Canada (no delivery to the States) are not eligible for free delivery. For these regions, transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an agreement has been previously established.).

Delivery time: 7-10 working days, except remote areas.

Returns and fees

In the event of a billing error, damaged or missing product, please notify customer service within 7 days of the invoice date.

No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with the order management Laurence Pagé. A credit note will be issued to you upon processing the return.

Shipping charges are applied to items returned withou a valid reason.

For a credit request, a photo of the product and the lot number is required. The order manager will advise you if and when we collect the products.

No returns on expired products or crystallized honeys.

Fee of $25.00 on any returned check for insufficient funds.
